Overview

At Exclusivecraftar, we take pride in the quality of our 3D printed products. We understand that issues can occasionally arise, and we are committed to resolving them fairly. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be granted.

Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of 3D printed items, standard returns are not accepted for products made to your specifications. However, we will work with you to resolve issues in the following circumstances:

  • The item does not match the approved design specifications
  • The item arrives damaged due to shipping
  • There are significant quality defects in the print
  • The wrong material or color was used

Quality Issues

If you believe your order has quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. To process your claim, we require:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs showing the issue
  • A description of the problem
  • Comparison with the original design file if applicable

Eligible Returns

Damaged in shipping Free replacement or full refund Report within 48 hours
Manufacturing defect Free replacement Report within 7 days
Wrong specifications Free replacement Report within 7 days
Design file error Partial refund or discount on reprint Case by case basis

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns or refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after production has started
  • Minor variations inherent to 3D printing technology
  • Items damaged by improper handling after delivery
  • Design flaws present in the submitted files
  • Expectations not matching approved specifications

Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  • Contact us via email or phone with your order details
  • Provide documentation as requested above
  • Wait for our team to review your case (typically 1-2 business days)
  • If approved, we will arrange for return shipping or proceed with replacement
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without charge if production has not yet begun. Once printing has started, cancellation may incur charges based on work completed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
